The Instructor Track is for individuals who want to develop mastery in teaching martial arts and coaching students.
Responsibilities:
Instructor Track team members help deliver an outstanding martial arts experience for every student.
- Assisting and eventually leading martial arts classes
- Helping students improve their technique, discipline, and confidence
- Creating a safe, structured, and high-energy class environment
- Building positive relationships with students and parents
- Supporting student retention and progression
- Helping prepare students for belt testing and special events
- Upholding all CMA policies, standards, and professional expectations
- Continuing personal training and instructor development
This role plays a critical part in helping new families start their journey and ensuring existing students continue progressing toward black belt.

Program Leadership Track team members help guide the overall student experience and support the growth of the academy.
- Meeting with prospective families and guiding them through the enrollment process
- Conducting introductory consultations with parents and students
- Helping students progress into appropriate programs
- Supporting student retention and engagement
- Building strong relationships with families
- Coordinating student events, promotions, and special programs
- Supporting marketing and community outreach efforts
- Managing scheduling, communication, and program organization
- Working closely with instructors to ensure student success
